Great customer service and un matched value. I got 3 pairs of glasses including my exam, prescription and a pair of Ray-Bans for less than $300. I get compliments on the ray bans all the time. As someone who struggled with minor stigmatism, this place was really fast and easy. The customer service experience was excellent. The glasses fit perfect and I look good too. Two years later the glasses are still in good shape and I even took my sunglasses to another location and they repaired them, FREE! Thank you America's best.

I came here to get my contact prescription (the 99$ a year we’ve all heard about). When they told me I couldn’t get try-one due to my astigmatism getting worse, I was frustrated but patiently waited the 1.5 weeks. I called 2 times, was told to wait the 1.5 weeks. Then I call today April 8th (appointment was March 25th) and suddenly it’s one month. I have a huge event coming up where I will be in front of hundreds and recorded, and no clue if I will have to wear my broken glasses for it. They also didn’t give me my pupillary distance ( told me they didn’t take it, then when I called and complained suddenly it was readily available). I thought people were being dramatic with their reviews at these locations, but I am here to tell you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I should have just bit the bullet and gone to Costco, and I suggest you do too.

A good employee is the one who cares about the company's benefits and provides a great customer service. Here unfortunately Mr. George only cares about charging my credit cards. Told me come over here while I was on the phone confirming my doctor appointment which took less than 20 seconds, my husband noticed that George said something and passed, I went to his desk, I asked him "did you asked me to come over", he did not response, I assumed he was with me, he started to work with papers, prescription and put the info in the computer, he wanted to get the money first, poor eye contact, not answering my questions, ignoring me and my husband, very unprofessional, gave me a feeling that because I do not want to pay extra for adding up to my lenses, I am not valued customer, he gave me a sense of not worthless customer. Please check the camera if you are in a high managerial position. I have two prescription for distance and reading, he was trying to sell two pairs on one prescription, only for Reading, Not one for reading and one for distance. He was arguing and anxiously went to doctor's office to double check what I am saying. Another person assisted us without any issue at the end. Is that a good customer service for a loyal customer who advertise for your company? I was there about two years ago. I brought all my family members over there for eye exam and glasses and still I am doing the same. Even if he is in a bad mood that is no customer's problem. I am working as a professional in medical field and I have never treated anyone like this ever in my entire career. Hope he (George) will learn how to treat people from different ethnicity and respect every single human beings.
