The reason for our 1 star rating was because I couldn't rate any lower. We experienced a slab leak. We filed a claim with our insurance company who took a day to respond. Before that we had a restoration company lined up to come that day, however our adjuster highly recommended their vendor, Servpro, who came out on March 4, 2021. On March 4th, I was told to place our towels in the hallway as a means of soaking up water that was coming from the leak. I complied, but shocked that this company didn't have any other materials they could use instead of our towels. The technician then returned later in the day with some dehumidifiers. I was told a day or two later from Alex, the owner of the ServPro office, not to worry and that my soaked carpet that had already been soaked for quite some time would be removed. The carpet sat there in two of my rooms soaked along with the padding. The stench was awful. On March 10th (nearly a week later), the ServPro technician removed the padding, but left the carpeting. The carpet was soaked nearly two weeks. I was told by Alex to let the adjuster know and that they'd make sure to remove the carpeting. Alex went back on her word to do the right thing. As of today, I am stuck with the carpeting and being told that my carpet just needs shampooing/steam cleaning. Thanks to ServPro's due diligence, their slogan "like it never happened" is complete trash. If you enjoy wet stinky carpet with a company that doesn't care about your home, then this is the right company for you. As far as calling back this company? They've done enough to cause more of a headache.

They helped us with some smoke damage on our rental and I was so happy with their service. A few other places I called couldn't get started right away and they were able to send someone for an estimate within 30 minutes of my call and started work soon after so our issue was resolved fast. Alex was so nice and helped guide me through the remediation and insurance process. Highly recommend!

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
