Front desk does not have their stuff together. They accept my insurance and don't know it. While trying to figure out my insurance the doctor went to lunch and they told me to come back at a certain time, saying I would be first in line. I came back exactly when they said, and the doctor didn't come back until 30 minutes later and somehow I'm now third in line. He said I shouldn't have left I should have waited an hour and a half for the doctor to come back, when they told me I could leave. They really have no respect for people's time. There's nothing urgent about this place. Hope to never come back to this area again.

Took a sample test, and waited about 2 week with no answer and then I called and they said they lost the sample blamed it on the "Lab" and I have to get another one....I also say there for about a hour waiting I think someone drunk it

Sick as hell. I'm required, by law, to have insurance. My insurance is required, by law, to pay for any COVID tests. I've been tested here two times, before. NOW, they're denying my insurance (PPO) and want $150, cash for a rapid COVID test. They will only take IEHP, and Prime Care. They said they won't see my family for anything. They're contracted as a Preferred Provider with my insurance. WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THIS?

-Not taking Molina or Kaiser Insurance -Rapid test is $150 if you have to pay -Taking IEHP -Take the test and results are sent to your phone around 2-3hours -They test babies -They close the line at 5:30!! If you want to get tested for COVID and get results the same day definitely get there an hour before they open. I arrived at 8:30ish didn’t leave till 12 something. They were short staffed they came out let us know what they didn’t take and an estimate wait time. They were doing the best they could with the amount of staff available.
