So after way too many huge mistakes at AutoZone I decided to make a further drive to O'Reillys since I use to work there and they seemed to have things together a little better than AutoZone who I use to work at as well. I was wrong. I went in to this store 4 nights ago looking for a carb rebuild kit for a 65 caddy. I even provided the part number for the guy. He PROMISED it would be there the next morning it was coming from the Dc in Moreno valley. Cool now the next day the owner if the car went to go pick it up. It was never ordered. The guy who supposedly ordered it was there to "help" as well. So the owner said okay order it ok get it tomorrow. He was also buying an oring for the coolant system they had him pay for it and assured him and myself that it would be in next day. I was on the phone with the owner when it was ordered.so I go in this morning and surprise surprise they ordered the oring and not the carb kit. And once again the guy who helped was there and said oh yes it was ordered....what a joke. Now I have to go back this afternoon and hopefully someone did their job. You will hear more from me if not.

And
Yes they do just bring one on. Takes 1-3 hours
It's an auto store every other auto store has the same things.. plus this store is the hub, which has more things and variety than other stores. Only thing is the location is horrible.

Hello, I have a Toyota Sequoia. How can I regulate the suich it locks me
Jay Tibbles that is false. You can find this information easily by entering your cars information and your zip code at o'Reilly's website, then searching the word "Battery". Like autozone, they have a 3 or 4 brands of batteries. Their "house brand" will be the cheapest. Also keep an eye out on the website for alternate fits, I've saved people a lot of money that way. Good Luck -Imagine
You can replace only one.... But check the connection first
Corporate restructuring give priorities to in store customers. I used to work for them when they were kragen auto. Ask for the corporate phone number to level compliant and or ask for the district manager.
