My car has been Maaco San Bernardino for 6 months. I have called around 16 or 17 times. I am always told they would call back that day. I have never received a call back on any of my initial calls. I have called the corporate office and complained. I started getting texts as to the progress. I only received 3 texts, which were forwarded to me by my daughter, because the car is registered in her name, even though I hold the main insurance policy. She has received 3 calls, saying, "your car will be done next week, your call will be done this week, your call will be done Friday. Today is Tuesday I called and was told the car is not done yet. I can understand the problem with getting parts or possibly not having a full staff, all because of pandemic. What I don't understand or accept is the lack of communication and the lies, regarding the progress. I will never use Maaco on San Bernardino again and I suggest the you done either.

Dropped of my old Xterra for a refresh and Bruno and company were as always very polite kind and just a pleasure to work with. Will be dropping off my old work truck for the same treatment. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
