Went to get my tires installed and they installed them but rotated my rears to the front when they’re different sizes and not rated for that had to go back to make them rotate them back as I ordered for the new tires to be installed on the front not the rear there was no need to rotate either as they are different sizes. Not only did they disregard me when I advised them about that issue they dinged my rear bumper and it’s visible, please stay away as their installers do not read anything regarding to what your appointment is or handling your car and will cosmetically scar your car.

went to costco to get tires replaced on a Honda, they said that i needed to buy a wheel lock. It's not rocket science. you guys change tires for a living. figure it out.

Horrible wait times! I came in to get my tires installed at 12pm and have been waiting in line for over 38 minutes. How is only one person scheduled to work the counter on the weekend during lunch hour, not to mention the numerous calls received that prolongs the line? Nothing against the employees but management has done a terrible job having so little employees working the tire center. On a previous occasion, I came here to schedule my tire installation and that took 30 minutes! Will never come here for tire installation again until the issue is fixed. Edit: I've been waiting yet again in line for 25 minutes to get my car keys back and still only one person working the counter with each phone call taking up more time. There are a lot of employees working the warehouse, food court, etc. How hard is it to get another person to work at the tire center (any cross training?). Costco prides itself on amazing customer service (have had great experiences outside of the tire center) so why not improve the services here?

Had a tire I bought here get a flat. I waited well over three hours to get it repaired. When I arrived they said 3 people were ahead of me. While I watched car after car was pulled in and had tires installed. Do not expect reasonable service from the tire center nor it seems honesty. Buy ties someplace else.

Cricket, you're not asking Costco but Google and I'm just one of the guides here. alignments is not necessarily related with new tires but balance do, so they don't do alignment ut balance. Not sure if you are aware of the difference but everytime you change a tire it needs be balanced but not aligned.
Cecy, here nobody but Google readers or guides like me will read your complaint, I recommend making your complaint to the manager of the store where you received the bad attention ...
I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and there was still a line of people. I would definitely call ahead.
From what I was hearing from other customers while waiting in line for my tires, they only sell the batteries. There is no service for installation of batteries. They do carry the Interstate battery brand which my husband says is a good quality.
