Slow and Slow. Did I mention slow? Going on 3 hours for 4 new tires. I’ve been staring at my car on the lift this whole time. Took the tires off around 10:15. It is now nearly noon and it still sits on the lift in the same shape. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t have to, so I suppose it’s partially my fault. The speed of service here is not a priority to anyone.I feel I’m just put in a position where it’s sort of a “deal with it” situation. I just want my car done.

They did an alignment on my car, they did it on time, but they put the mileage wrong and they couldn't print the results of the before and after alignment, supposedly the printer had broken down for many days. the price for the service is not too bad; but the details mentioned above need to be improved.

I been a loyal customer and every time I come for a repair, it's the worst experience. I will never use good years for any repairs. Good year left me without a vehicle and did not compensate for the days I was left without transportation to work.

Came into Big Brand tires (which used to be Goodyear) and Vincent the store manager was extremely nice. His team got me in and out with a brand new tire. The only thing he can't help much about is the homeless people around the outside of the building. Man and the employees are just trying to make a living and provide great customer service. Thanks
