Did all my forms online and It was very easy. Had 2 tests done and was out of there in 45 minutes. My tech was Aubie and I highly recommend her. She was very nice and explained what she was going to do before hand. The facility was very clean. I recommend this office.

Everything was kind of hectic on the part of the details per my doctors orders and I went into a anxiety attack & crying but everyone at your office was so kind they worked with me calmed me down and they were. so professional with tender loving care from the receptionist to all your technicians such a down home welcoming the way a doctor's office should be thank you all. 🙏🏽🤎🙏🏽💞💞❤️ I give you a rating of 100 💯💯💯💯

When I got there, there were a lot of people so I thought it was going to take a while but I was wrong. It was super quick and efficient and I needed multiple things done. The woman who did my imaging was super nice and attentive. Thanks for making the uncomfortable required imaging something super quick and easy! 😊

Had an appointment in Redlands. Their system was down and they sent me to San Bernardino. I drove to San Bernardino and they wouldn't help me because I didn't have a mask. I asked them if they had any since they were a medical office, and they said no. First medical provider that I encountered that don't provide masks. Drove to the store to buy a mask. Came back and she checked me in. Told me to go into another room and just have a seat. She said I didn't have to check in again. I sat there for 45 minutes before I finally just went up and talked to the desk and she said that I can go back and wait in a different area. So I was supposed to check in again. Finally got seen but the X Ray tech after another 30 minutes. Fortunately the tech was great and friendly. But the office people are horrible.
