We had 4 different burgers inside with fries and drinks. The Colorado Burger is simply amazing! Super tasty and fresh!! Fries are also good. Hamburger was just meat between bread.. my kid doesn’t like it. Sorry. Why no salad and tomato like a normal Hamburger? Table was clean, staff friendly and fast. Drinks for refilling. Good atmosphere. I have nothing to complain. It’s good, like a normal fast food restaurant.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Well the good was the good "smashed tots', the smashed burger barely passed muster as it was undercooked, and lots of bad and ugly to come. If I were a Mystery Shopper for corporate, this place would be so busted. Staff was friendly, maybe shorthanded? We could not find the free water. Why would a server bring you a catsup bottle that looked like it had just exploded, dripping and messy with catsup all over it? The inside dining room was a bit crowded so we chose the patio where one other couple was already seated. My mistake. It appeared no sanitation or cleaning was ever done outside. Tables and chairs were unsanitary and dirty, also had bird dropping all over them. We cleaned off our own table as best we could. And the horrible smell that would not go away - finally figured that maybe the unhoused or vagrants were staying on the patio at night, as the odor was that of human waste, a strong urine odor to be specific, and the patio floor exhibited some evidence of that. Once outside, diners are on their own, as no one ever checks to make sure your food is OK or if you need anything. So get ready to make your own way back inside for napkins and condiments found on all inside tables but not on the patio. Yep, we had a smashed bad experience. And 2 weeks later, no response from The Owner or their Corporate Office even though I sent them an email explaining all my concerns - as they requested! I guess their customers are just not important.

Wow. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Ridiculously impressed, and huge improvement from my previous experience with different SmashBurger locations. The Brussel sprouts were absolutely fantastic too

Constantly disappointed. I really hate to leave reviews but we have had issues every single time we have ordered from smash burger. Today our to go order was missing 4 orders of fries and had an incorrect burger. Salad was wilted and placed in two small containers rather than a proper salad container. Dressing was “sealed” with actual paper flyer material that was scotch taped to the top (see photos) and therefore leaked all over everyone’s food. I try to go back every few months to try again but I can say this will be the last time.

Masks are worn, and the bathrooms are frequently cleaned, to include handles. The outdoor seating has been spaced apart, and the indoor seating is extremely limited, to ensure that the line doesn't get to close to people. Maximum capacity is greatly reduced, and whenever possible, take out or delivery services are encouraged.
