It’s embarrassing to see how the staff represents their company, I have never talked to some people that are so incompetent and have absolutely no concept of customer service or time management. It’s truly embarrassing that they walk into a company every day thinking that they are doing a good job or service to the community when they actually are making it so much worse and so much harder for people to get their results, work done or even a refund. Yes, they make everything difficult for you. They do not apologize for their actions, nor do they acknowledge or even take any type of accountability for them. Even the management has no concept of customer service. It’s clear you all hate your jobs, then go find something else and stop making it harder for ordinary people. You all should be ashamed and you all should be fired. Have a lovely call with corporate today and I hope they’ll be some results coming from our conversation to your location

NEVER COME HERE! They have overcharged me, admitted it and haven’t given me a refund in 10 weeks. The customer service and management have absolutely no clue how to do their jobs and it’s absurd.

I was very disappointed with the Fillmore location. The phlebotomist acted like he didn’t want to be there. He then stuck me with the needle. Not only did I bleed I had a bruise for a week. The bathroom was filthy. No soap or trash can. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. I plan to look for a different location next time.
