This bank will not make change. Can’t do this can’t do that. They aren’t very good at accommodating their customers needs.

Customer service is horrible! There is often only one person working.Yesterday I had to wait 45 minuets to make a deposit because the customer before me was having trouble with his account. The only person working at the branch helped him but the line got longer and longer. About 2 months ago I had to make an appointment to see someone who could put my husband on my checking account. When we arrived for our appointment we were told there wan no-one there to help us and we had to make another appointment for another day. Branch is terribly understaffed.

They don't have enough people working there you have to stand in line up to 15 to 20 some times

Terrible customer service. Resentful and combative about cashing a check from an account holder; the lady at the desk quoted me a higher fee until I looked it up and asked her directly if the fee has increased.Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for bringing this to our attention.
