I was staying down the street for business, and ended up here every morning on my way to the office. The mochas were delicious—not too sweet, not too bitter. Not horrifically expensive, either, considering the location! I can neither confirm nor deny their claim that their chocolate chip cookies are the best in NYC, but they are very, very good.

Maple oat latte was so delicious we got it 4 times during a 3-day trip. Highly recommend! The cookies were good but overrated.

Go get a chocolate chip cookie from here and you will not regret it. Probably my favorite cookie I’ve had in the city that isn’t an actually cookie place, even if it’s pretty pricey. Coffee is really good and tons of options.
