I had gone to the UPS store on Wednesday the 6th of October 2022. I had some things to return to Amazon. I kept procrastinating because I have absolutely no idea how to print the labels that Amazon had sent me. They needed to be downloaded. I just did not want these Items. I usually keep them because I do not know what I am doing. I have an Amazon graveyard! I took both of these items with me not expecting much. The young man who helped me was kind, patient and didn't think that I was an idiot. He printed up the Labels to send them back. He taped up what I could not do myself. He scanned them both after he prepared them for shipping and I received an email saying that my returns were accepted. That I would see the charges come off of my cc in 3-5 days. I am so very sorry that I cannot remember his name. Kind and knowledgeable. They are professional and extremely polite. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

Not a corporate store, privately owned. Came in with electronic UPS label and they charged me $3.27 to print so it could be mailed. Also has a terrible urine smell, might be the dirty carpet.
