I have been going to Bend Derm for over 5 years. Dr. Kirsten Newhause has been my Dr. Every time and has vwry friendly and happy to see me. She is very throulgh and finds what needs to be taken care of. And her assistants have always been helpful. I will continue seek Dr. K N. For skin problems. 🤩

Like BendDerm’s staff, I too am a healthcare provider, working during a pandemic, while constantly being short-staffed, and for me the stress of it has me losing my hair. As a young woman, especially, this sucks. Dr. Kristin Neuhaus rises above all of the aforementioned stresses elegantly, and doesn’t compromise quality patient care despite being short-staffed and working long days. She is effortlessly kind, engaging, and compassionate, and an all around lovely human. She genuinely cares. I feel confident in my diagnosis, and look forward to our follow up! Additionally, Jessica at check in was swamped and she was quick, sweet, and patient despite that. Letty, one of the medical assistants, nailed my intake! She asked me productive, valuable questions so that the doc could come in informed and ready to start. It’s hard to find support staff that grease the machine as well as Letty does. Dr. Neuhaus did a great job explaining all the treatment options for my daughter's acne. Once the treatment plan was established, she wrote out all the steps so my daughter would not forget. Many times you see a doctor and you can't remember all the things they told you. Dr. Neuhaus makes sure you leave knowing your treatment plan fully. Recommmend 10/10!
