Ordered online, came to online pick up counter. An associate had a customer there at the one online order register trying to sign up for a credit card. Took at least 10 minutes, another associate came over to see if I needed help but then said “oh wait I have to do something else first”. After all of that the order wasn’t ready. Despite it being placed last night and contractor receiving notification it was ready. Update: JD saved the day. Found the remaining parts of the order up on the top of the isles, doing someone else’s job to make sure the order got filled.

Don’t do curbside pickup. I was getting over COVID and as a safety precaution ordered curbside. It wasn’t ready (7 items with 9 hours notice) and I had to gather my own items and it took forever to checkout. Don’t waste your time, just go to Home Depot down the road.

We've been shopping at this Lowe's for years with great service however today was an example of how a single employee can quickly tarnish a brand's reputation. My wife and I were waiting at self-checkout and proceeded to start ringing up our items when a station freed up. As we were checking out the employee overseeing self-checkout walks up and is frustrated that we started to ring up our items when we should have known she was planning to replace the receipt paper at that stations. We apologized and stated that there was no error and that the station clearly showed "Start Scanning...". Employee "B" continues to be frustrated and flippantly says "well it's too late now that you've started scanning your items!" I proceeded to further apologize that I did not see any error but was immediately told I should have noticed some red light...however the screen clearly stated "Please Start Scanning..." What should have been a simple explanation was immediately escalated by the employee's very poor reaction and continued scolding. The other customers at self-checkout witnessed the very frustrated employee as well. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

Looking for moving supplies and they were out of everything I needed. But bought other things I didn't need. Employee at self serve checkout was helpful & happy. Only self serve checkouts were open. The Lowes website helped me locate items by telling me what aisle and bay things were located in. Also told me if an item wasn't available at that store.

I just go with wireless just as effective but way less hassle

Just go to the website or app and type in this number in a search. Should be able to see if they have it or not.
