Very sad day to find that our newly built in area for washer and dryer doesn’t accommodate new washing machine sizes!!!! Add in the pandemic, supply issues, etc. Alexia was able to help me by text-telling my options for a size that would work and what they had in stock and what dates would be on other options. I have spent hours and hours on line, on the phone and with several other business and companies….so it was a pleasure to be able to communicate with one knowledgeable person who had the time and desire to help me-with the convenience of texting We haven’t picked up our machines yet-but Hopi f they are great. 10 stars for customer service at this point!

Stopped in for appliances and the salesman was pushy and rude! Asked to stop being so pushy and he just continued with the pressure! Went to Home Depot, where they beat their price by hundreds of dollars and not pushy at all. Home Depot got my $6'000 sale. I'll NEVER go into Standard Appliance again.

Could not be more appalled by the lack of customer care coming from Standard. We purchased a top-of-the-line Speed Queen dryer from them. It arrived with problems, which we thought were a matter of programming and adjusting to a new machine, so we kept trying to figure it out. After about a month, the machine burned two of my blankets. Upon contacting Speed Queen customer service, the first thing that stood out was Standard's Delivery team using the incorrect venting. Yet, when (after sitting on the phone over an hour) I reached the repair line, they opted to send a technician. The technician first attempted to explain away the improper venting, before then attempting to blame our duct being blocked (spoiler alert - it is not.) He then stated that a motherboard of sorts, which controls the dryer, is bad. Thus, the dryer was overheating to temps which could have burned our house down. Back to the wrong venting...not designed to withstand those temps. Another spoiler alert: the part we need is back-ordered AND no one at Standard is willing to authorize the machine to be replaced. Brand new machine, which we are afraid to use in our home, which did not work from day one. Upon calling Speed Queen, they informed me Standard CAN authorize a replacement of the dryer and keep ours until the part is available, then re-sell it at a discount. Nope. They also said Standard went against their policies when the technician did not call them to go over the problem on the day of his visit. And of course, not another word from Standard since being told the part is backordered, a week later. My recommendation is that you avoid this company.
