Besides the truck being junk, got charged for 2 gal gas ($5.70per gal) when I actually left MORE gas in it, (have before and after pics of fuel gauge). And the "mobile return" doesn't work, stops in the process and won't let you finish so wasted an extra 30 min at 9pm trying to do that until I gave up. Never again.

Been coming to this uhaul for several years and like most places has its ups and downs but seening a real improvement over the last few weeks, mason has always been helpful with mechanical questions.

They gave me a broken truck with a bad engine. It broke down on me twice and randomly pull hard to the side just great for a snowy day. The speedometer would jump speed so I had no idea how fast I was going. When I told them they thought it was no big deal and chuckled about it. Don't use them if you want to make your journey in time.

Do you mean the ones that go in the bed of the truck? I am fairly sure that they dont install those. Regular hitches, yes.
I dont know that it is or that it isnt. Ive used there biggest trucks for multiple things. One thing you should know is they dont ask you what are you hauling. Your destination (to and from) is the only things they need to know in order to properly bill/charge you for the truck. When you return the truck, make sure you sweep it out. I believe the fee they charge is ten dollars if you dont sweep it out. How ever i would lay a tarp down to make clean up a bit easier once you've emptied out the truck.
Pretty reasonable, cheaper than the blue rhino exchange for sure.
