Do not rent here and spread the word to your loved ones.....This place is Horrable. The manager is rude and pathologically lied about so many things including having your family members vehicles towed in broad daylight at exorbitant fees to have cars back. She has done this numerous times to families. She has no compassion at Christmas time. Then claims the owner of the building yells at her and she is stressed out again making out that she is the victim while you have to pay to get your car back. The towing company clearly state that she calls them. Also they put chemicals down around all the units and don't tell you these chemicles are dangerous to you, your children, and any pets you may have. They do not tell you what kind of chemicles and what percent/strength are being spread all over for you to get sick.

I would like to say that I just recently moved in this weekend and the on site manager and her assistant are just the best. They both are very kind, took time to answer all the questions and concerns we had, and are very professional. San Dimas Village apartments are not only great in price but very clean and I have a great view. My kids and I are so excited to call this place home and just love it. Hello. Unfortunately we do not offer discounts on any units. We currently have no units available at this time. Our pet deposit is $300, and our monthly pet rent is $25/mo. We do not have laundrt hookups, however, we do offer a 24hr. laundry facility on-site.
Our one bedrooms currently range between $1550-$1575/mo (price is subject to change based on market rate), depending if you choose upstairs or downstairs.

Hello Sally. Unfortunately, our pet policy and weight restrictions are very strict and we do not allow pets over 25lb. fully grown (adult weight).
