My sister and I took my mom for a medical check up and the entire experience was awesome! The nurses were gentle and sweet to her and treated her very well. Thanks Kaiser Permanente for hiring people who really care!

My husband and I have Kaiser insurance and I have had Kaiser since I was 16 years old and have had so many fabulous doctors and specialists! Our current doctor, primary care doctor is at the Antioch California Sand Creek/deer Valley location and his name is Dr. Sawat Sahu. He is amazing, thorough, friendly, funny, helpful and probably one of the best out of three doctors in primary care that we’ve had! Kaiser definitely did a good job in hiring Dr. Sahu! I have had one primary doctor transfer to Walnut Creek to a hospital physician and I was devastated, then had a great doctor following after a horrible doctor and he left for other reasons, and prior to leaving he gave me this doctors name as a referral and my husband and I couldn’t be happier! I hope he’s around for as long as possible! Thanks for everything Dr you rock!

The grey haired security guard was extremely rude and condescending. I came for a refill to the 24 hour pharmacy at 10:25 pm tonight and walked in through the main entrance as someone was leaving. I always come through this entrance and honestly don’t even know what other entrance I would use to get to the pharmacy. I usually come during the day but this time was the only time I was available today which was already uncomfortable because I’m a women coming to a dark hospital at night by myself. The guard came around the corner and started screaming at me that I entered through the main entrance and that I need to go through the something or other wing. I literally froze in the middle of the lobby as he was screaming at me and reprimanding me like I was his child. I said I’m sorry, I just walked in the entrance I always do. Then he rolled his eyes and said something to the effect of “well, I guess you made your way in! You’re in now, aren’t you???” He watched me walk to the pharmacy shaking his head at me the whole time. He just kept it going. So rude and uncomfortable. I have an anxiety disorder and was having a panic attack from being put on the spot and abused. I will be contacting member services and making a formal complaint. I work in the medical field with chronic pain patients and have never in my 15+ years been that nasty to a patient. I would literally feel like scum if I ever treated another person the way he treated me. Unacceptable. He should be ashamed and so should Alliedx Universal, the company he works for.

After my experience today, I absolutely had to write a review! I had a surgical procedure done and from the very first person I met who signed me to the last nurse that wheeled me to my ride, was awesome! After my experiences with my local Kaiser's, Dublin and Pleasanton both, I was HATING Kaiser. The people skills and customer skills are polar opposites, in favor of Antioch, by a landslide. Dr. Grace, nurse Kim, and other nurses and doctor, that I regrettably cannot remember their names, did a wonderful job. Thank you for treating me with dignity and respect and thank you for taking care of me! (Dublin and Pleasanton didn't)

You can get the flu shot anytime during business hours while the flu clinic is active usually Oct-Dec. You can also make an appointment with your primary care physician.
I have never had an appointment delayed...with one exception in over 12 years. The exception was a life or death emergency.
Yes
No clue, google it 🤷♀️
To my knowledge they all have been closed and you go to the er
Pfizer and Moderna for outpatient members and Johnson & Johnson for their inpatient members.
No. But you can make one if you want to.
Yes. They have a flu shot drive thru set up in their parking lot. You will see cones and a canopy you can't miss it. Its the parking lot near the front entrance side.
Yes. Got shot on 10-15-2021
Kaiser, Sutter , and John Muir in Brentwood. I'm not sure about anything else...
I am not sure but if you call them, they could answer this question.
Not positive but I think 24 hours. You might call to be sure.
There is a Comfort Inn, Days Inn, and Hampton Inn within a short drive of Kaiser
You can send it to the hospital address- Attention to your Dr. @ 4501 Sand Creek Rd.
Last i cheeked they do but i know some of the groups may be canceled for the winter but don't think it effects all the facilities so you just would have to call the education office or your doctors?
The pharmacy is open 24/7
