For those of you unaware, Kaiser has been fined millions and millions of dollars over the past 5 years by the state of California for the inadequate Mental health care, they provide. (If you don't believe me, Google Kaiser mental health fined) Unfortunately for me, I have just recently found out about this fact. Because for the past 5 years I've been going to Kaiser Mental health for help with my mental health issues and it has been a big nightmare of an experience.

I'm sorry you are groing through such a stressful situation, Tess. If you are his legal guardian, you may be able to take him to mental professional for evaluation. Kaiser's mental health phone number is (925) 777-6300. They may be able to guide you in the right direction.
