Dr.Wright is hands down the best! She sees both of my dogs and she always takes the time to explain to us what they will be doing and always makes sure to ask us if we have any questions or concerns! and all of their staff members are chill and friendly! We recently moved to SF & we will continue to make the drive to bring our dogs to see Dr.Wright.

Dr. Gonsier saved my cat's life. She needed to have femoral head surgery on her back left leg after being hit by some sort of vehicle. She had spent three-four days at the 24 hour emergency clinic until I could find an appointment to have surgery performed. When I brought my cat in Dr. Gonsier looked at her and said "I don't feel comfortable performing the surgery on her" and recommended more care at his clinic. My cat spent the day at the clinic and I took her home that night and it was night and day difference. I truly believed he saved her life by suggesting another day of recovery before he performed the surgery at a later date. Dr. Gonsier performed the surgery and it went smoothly and Keira is now fully recovered. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gonsier and the hospital.

This is relating to the pet resort side of this business: I spent the better part of 2 months (since late January) playing phone tag with the pet resort side. It appears that they do not take calls actively, and return calls at unvalidated hours only leaving voicemails asking for a call back. After 7 calls from my end, I received a call back 1 week prior to the boarding date. After this tag, I was informed they have been booked for boarding since December. I find it incredibly unreasonable that during one of the voicemails they could not have said "unfortunately we are booked for your requested dates" instead of leading on as if some scheduling maneuverability was available. Perhaps leadership here should validate the use of emails to clients, or at the very least, leaving a voicemail containing actionable information rather than a precanned "please work with us, chat soon". I strongly advise against this facility for any adult that has any symbolance of a schedule.

I don't know of any, only cat sitters in your own home.

Do you spay cats for free?

This is kind of a rude question. Many vets are willing to negotiate to some degree, but if you walk in saying "I need my cat spayed for free and if you kill her I will sue you" then the answer is always going to be no. If you find a rescue that has space or that helps people get their cays spayed, and that rescue has a relationship with the vet and a reputation of payment, and the rescue vouches for YOU as a person: that you OR THEY will commit to truly care for this cat for the rest of his/her life and not throw her away the first moment she pees on the carpet because something hurt and she cat't get to the litterbox on time, or scratches the furniture because you have not explained to her where in the territory the residents may sharpen their claws and get those itchy jagged edges off, etc, then many vets will do as much as they can afford to do to help you, recognizing that the lights must be kept on and staff paid, etc....
