Hello I have a question, I am a member of Wellcare Medicare Advantage Hmo (giveback plan). Wellcare customer service said you are In-Network, I just called your store and a Vision Works representative said your are not In-Network. Can you please confirm to me if your are not in-network. Thank you!

A VERY LOUD shoutout to the Kendall VisiionWorks team, and Joyce P in particular. What amazing customer service. Not only did Joyce P look up my Rx from another location, and arrange to have my new glasses shipped to my local store, but she and the Kendall Team worked out a 2 for 1 deal for me! I drove all the way from Tamarac and it was SO worth the trip! Highly recommend this location for ALL of your vision needs!

The Visonworks on 88th has a fantastic staff all the people working in the eye exam office we’re so nice and very helpful. Joyce working in the front with the frames has been such a pleasure. She really knows what she’s doing and has impecable customer service as well as a cheery disposition. All in all 10/10 for the entire staff .

This location has a high standard of service. It's apparent by the way I was served and watched them serve others. I truly feel they wanted me to be happy with my glasses, providing adjustments and alterations to frames and lenses until I was satisfied. They also take their time to help me get the best price, even without insurance! Gabriel was beyond helpful.
