Who’s had this happen that can’t access their Visionworks Patient Portal to retrieve an eye script to fill a new pair of glasses’ order? I also moved from FL to IN meaning can’t go into that store to request a copy.

You can call in to have a doctors associate set up your patient portal or send a password reset email.
