The optometrist, technician and receptionist were all very professional and pleasant. Rey, the eyewear technician assisted me with the selection of my glasses. He was very detailed oriented. He definitely spent time outlining important information regarding my bill and other components of the sale. Great customer service!

Truly best experience I've had with an optical in some time. Brought my nephew in for his annual exam, from the moment you walk in everyone was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend being seen by Dr. Ramos! Also have to give Stephanie a huge thank you for taking her time in helping us find the perfect pair of glasses to fit all of my nephews needs! Will definitely be coming back with the rest of my family!

Worst service ever. The first time after an hour of waiting they confused me with another patient who they thought walked out. If I wouldnt have mentioned something, they would have left me there all day. Today was my 2nd experience and never again. My appointment was at 1010 and it was 12pm when I walked out because they kept skipping me making excuse after excuse. The last straw was when I over heard a patient saying her appointment was at 1130 and they brought her right in. Never again. Dr.Ramos clearly doesnt care about his patients.
