I have been using this UPS store for years. The other day I went in and 2 other older people were already in the store. I waited for a long time to ask a question. Unfortunately the staff were too busy on their own phones to help older people with the new technology. I tried to be patient, but I had to leave after trying to print something using my smart phone. Business is bad enough in Lake County without the younger people not taking the to help all the customers. How unfortunate.

I haven't a clue why this store has such high reviews. The reviews are why I chose this place to have a mailbox. These folks are painfully slow and no one seems to know how to do even the basic service without running to the back to ask the owner, who is not even the least bit eager to help. It took them 3 weeks to get me a key to the mailbox I had already paid for, meaning that each time I went in, I had to wait for them to fumble around and ask someone if the keys were there and then tell me no. No apologies no nothing as if it's totally normal not to be able to get into your own mailbox that you have paid for almost a full 30 days. Secondly, I have tried to have 2 separate print jobs completed here. They can't seem to figure out how to use their own system. The first time, I assumed was a fluke and just let it go. Today, I sent over 2 shipping labels 1 hour prior to my arrival. When i got there, they were busy. I stood in line until it was my turn, at least 12-15 minutes. I finally get to a clerk and she cannot find my print job. She keeps asking me what email I sent it to, and I explain to her MULTIPLE times that I didn't email it to anyone, that I followed the instructions on THEIR website and uploaded the documents and paid ahead of time so I wouldn't have to be here for an entire hour. She keeps looking can't find it....another 15 minutes have passed. I show her the order confirmation and she takes my phone to the back where the owner tries to find him the order. 10 minutes later, she comes out and asks me what email I sent it to.....once again I didn't email it I uploaded it through the website. She leaves again for 5-10 minutes and finally comes back and tells me that she cannot get her system to work, but that she has other people she needs to help and could I just be patient or come back later. No I can't. And no I won't. I have ready been here an hour and you want me to wait until you help everyone else. I'm sorry but that is just not good service. At the very least give me my money back...no offer of that either. If you don't mind being blown off and treated as if other customers are more important than you, this is the place to go.
