Between all of our household (party of 8) we have been here several times over the last couple of years. Every visit, this office has been very courteous and professional. Our little guy, Zach, especially loves seeing Dr. Travis and all the nurses. I can't thank them enough for making a now 4yr old be so comfortable in going to their office. Each time, they get us in quickly, apologize for our wait time even when I think it's a minimal wait time with all things considered, and actually listen to our concerns without glossing over anything. When I can see concern in the staff's face when Zach is really sick from asthma complications, I know they truly do care for their patients. Thank you guys for being consistently great. I hope I don't have to see you in clinic again anytime soon, but I know we will be taken great care of when needed!

I have seen Travis now in two different situations in which I was desperate for some help with two different medical issues. He was attentive and made me feel like he truly listened. In both situations, the plan of care he created was fast and effective. The nursing staff is also kind and attentive. I highly recommend this clinic and their amazing staff!

The staff was very welcoming, kind and caring. The nurses and doctor made my son feel comfortable and took great care of him when we came in for stitches. This is the nicest urgent care I have ever been too.

Hi Jasmin, this is Jocelyn, the office manager. We do provide primary and urgent care services. We are currently not establishing any new primary care patients, only because we are pretty booked up for the moment, but we can continue to provide urgent care services. Thank you for the question. Referrals can depend on a lot of factors; availability, insurance approval, etc. We will give you call to see what we need to do to get it done.
We do fill out FMLA paperwork for patients who have received treatment here. We can also fill it out for parents of children who were treated here.

We have a main phone number but several different lines that run from the main number. We have been doing some painting at the front desk and have had some issues with the phone system after unplugging for painting. I apologize for in the inconvenience!
