First off I waited the entire day for the window to be repaired (had 1 chip) only for them to take a few minutes with me and was told it needed to be replaced. Second, I then took the car in to the shop for another appointment on a different day and they didn't order my glass. So I had to then return another day for the replacement. Thirdly, the technician removed covers and such from the car and broke the snaps, so now the pieces rattle and/or fall off. In addition to that they damaged my car and then denied responsibility. I've been given the run around and will personally NEVER use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. **Unless you want your vehicle damaged and to be treated like your beneath them. Stay away!

This will be the last time I let Safelite replace my windshield! They tried to return my 2020 Hyundai Palisade to me like this, no mention of the black marks or all the debris they left behind. And they didn't even bother to reconnect my windshield wiper fluid. Those pillars will probably have to be replaced. I didn't notice the loose trim or the rear view mirror placement issue until after I got home. When you trust the care of a "specialist" you expect them to know what they're doing. I just wonder now if the calibration is correct?!? Zero stars Safelite. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. You should check your work before trying return it to the owner, hoping they don't notice!

When I originally had my glass replaced last month they missed putting a cap back on the cover to the calibration port when they were returning it today they broke it but they ordered a Newport and will come to my place an appointment to install it very polite very professional

Technician damaged my New 2020 Jeep. Company called and ask if I would review. I quickly said yes as I have pictures to back up my review. Needless to say they never called back. The Technician treated my vehicle like it was a piece of junk. Put tools all over my seats with no protection. Very unprofessional and I am very upset as I have used them before with much better results. BEWARE !!!!! Watch how they treat your vehicle. Mine barely had 3000 miles. Let’s see if the call or respond now ?

Don't use this company. We did and I rear view mirror fell off. Do you want a loved one out at night with no rear view mirror? I certainly do not!
