Previously, had 4 or 5 star treatment. Something's gone south there. Service has dropped. Little concern for customers. Hit and miss on assistance. Very hard to reach them or get an appt. Sad, cause I've been with this branch for 40+ years. hope they find their way back again.

Angels work here! Best customer service I've had at a bank since opening an account! The manager, Ebony U., is a triumph of management. Even though she was short staffed, she took time and cared enough to listen to my concerns and, make me feel heard. I left the branch feeling hopeful and, excited to find financial solutions with US bank. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. No tellers. You have to wait for a mortgage person to cash a check. While I was waiting, the customer in front of me left because he couldn’t wait that long.

Don't ask for Cody as he doesn't have any authority to get anything accomplished. US Bank rejected a check I deposited at an ATM that was from the Jim Doran car dealership for a cancelled warranty. The check included the name of the guy that I'd bought the car from 9 months prior. It didn't matter that I had the title, chain of title for the car, certificate of the purchase and had paid for the car on a US Bank check. I asked for the check back, but he wouldn't or couldn't provide it. The option he suggested to deposit the check was to add the guy I bought the car from to my account. What a knob.
