US bank used to be ok, now they take money from people and when you dispute the charges they will promise to give you your money back within 90 days, and when i disputed 500 dollar charges fraud, they were denying the 500 dollars dispute, until I complained to the authority ( government ) As soon as they received the complain letter they return the 500 dollars I have documented these thing and I have prove No bs Us bank is a thieve,, they take money from business under other names and they hold your money as long as they can Their customer service is horrible now they have no respect for peoples time I will be closing my account today and have a lawyer to audit them I know they steal from ppl Stay a way from us bank and their extra charges. I also apply for PPO loan and another loan from the government where their underwriter denied my request, and when I applied with SmallBiz they gave me the pandemic loan that I deserved. I am assuming racial prejudice in higher level at US banks, just like Redlining that was happening back in 60s and 70s. I will go ahead and have my lawyer investigate this matter too. my overall experience with US bank been a disaster and horrible people in the branch are really nice and Andrew the manager is a great guy

It’s hit or miss on the drive through being open and when it is it takes more then 30 minutes from the time I drive up to the window to process a one check deposit for my work. This is why I would never have my personal accounts at this pathetic bank

Worst customer service ever! A branch of only male tellers, who will sit around and laugh, joke etc, with 14 people standing in line. Leaving only 1 teller to actually be working. This happens nearly every time I go in. The other locations are nothing like this one at 181st and glisan.😡

I opened a bank account in early December after I relocated to Oregon and I have had nothing but issues with my account, their systems are always “shut down”. The first card I was supposed to get never came in the mail in 7 to 10 business days like it was supposed to. They told me to keep waiting for a card so I did THEN my temporary card expired… had to go back in to a branch and of course SYSTEMS DOWN. They ordered me a new card, today I get it in the mail, and I’m having issues getting it activated. Once again I call and SYSTEMS ARE DOWN. So i guess I’m expected to run errands and pay my bills with no card. I do NOT recommend US BANK to anyone. I will be pulling out my money and opening a new account somewhere else once their systems are working again since everyone doesn’t know what their doing or how to HELP ME. Terrible customer service!!!
