Rooms had blood everywhere, tub had mold, door wouldn’t lock. Checked in the room 5 minutes and told the desk. Wasn’t even in the room 5 minutes. They didn’t give us a refund or anything. Terrible!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL all of my things were stolen out of my room. I reported this to the front desk and to the corporate office. when I was finally able to get ahold of the hotel manager he lied and said I didn't make any reports. wasn't going to reimburse me for the stay or any of the items that were taken. because the hotel had proven to be unsafe I had to cut my vacation short and drive home in the middle of the night. the hotel manager made no attempt to follow up with me and bold-faced told me that they weren't going to help me in any way I received the worse customer service I've ever gotten from any hotel and I was stollen from and lied to.

Very rude manager. really needs to get shut down. He agreed to let me stay and work there. Well I am a slow learner and it was my first day. I was trying. He is short tempered and rude. He owes me money for the day I worked there. Also has a discriminatory policy he explained to me that anyone in Greenville area, put in the “crackhead” rooms.

Positive: No bugs to be seen! Nothing was really dirty, just worn, which is expected for the price and age. Girl at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous! Negative: Upon check-in I was informed there was a $50 deposit, which there was no mention of on the website, just a credit card required ¿in case of damages and charges¿. Glad the girl at the desk waved it which seemed right to me.
