The refrigerator wasn't working. There were stains on the mattress. The bed had a noticeable drop in the middle. There was trash behind the toilet paper roll. We put the used towels in the hallway and left to go somewhere. I requested more towels when we came back and the guy told me I had to bring the other towels to get new ones. The breakfast was decent and they had coffee 24/7.

Good location (came into town for a concert). Our room was small - like really really small. The shower gave boat/RV bathroom vibes. There is no way that bed was a queen size……. The hotel is dirty in a way that only a really old building can be. The cleaning crew clearly visited our room and it was tidy. That being said, there were weird drips…everywhere… what is that?? And the ceiling had many stains that concerned me (mold? water?). But these notes are more for corporate than the boots on the ground locally.

Christine at the front desk, when we checked in, was kind and accommodating. The rooms and facility are nice, clean. We really liked staying here!

My stay was fine, quiet. room was nicely cleaned and up to par. I just think a little more tender loving care can go where the vending machines are. and the house keeping should pay attention to what time check out is. I felt I was being rushed out of my room when my check out time was 11:00 and someone was knocking on my door 10:15 and I had just got out the shower. I didn't even have time to answer before they unlocked my door. I had to catch it. Edgar was sweet, nice and patient. I loved him
