Absolutely loved it. We have been bringing our girls here every time we visit from 3 hours away over the last 13 years. Staff are always very friendly, they honor military and first responders. Bathrooms and attractions are all very clean. Nothing but good to say.

This is the absolute best Children's Museum and we are so very lucky to have it here in the Upstate. We have been going to this great place since my daughter was about six months old. There is an endless variety of fun, educational, and safe activities for babies, toddlers and adolescents here. When we come to TCMU it's at least a half day affair since there is so much to do. As she gets older we have to stay longer and longer which is wonderful and also difficult when time to leave. We have held two birthday parties at TCMU and they were both staffed, easy, fun, and tailored to what we wanted. The museum is constantly adding new exhibits and has short term rotating exhibits too. They recently expanded to Spartanburg with a smaller museum and it's a great extra place for fun, especially to the younger kiddos. I would highly recommend it.

We had our Daughters 7th birthday here & the staff made everything so easy & simple for us! The party room host was kind, attentive, and involved in our party. She interacted with the children, and helped us facilitate trivia for the kids. She definitely went above & beyond in helping make us all feel welcomed. There was so much for everyone to do & the kids can’t wait to come back!

I took 4 children ages 4 to 11 on new Years Eve and there was something for all of them. They stayed entertained and had a blast for several hours. There was even a ball drop and Time's Square style News Years celebration at noon. Of all the activities, their favorite was the Publix Market where they could play shopper, cashier or stock person. The stations are well done and provide seating for parents nearby. There is a huge variety of activities from art to climbing, out door play ground, air play, a teddy bear clinic and much more. The price is comparable to going to the movies and is much more educational and engaging.

Guide dogs, I haven't seen any there but it's really not the place for our 4 legged family members.
They're open Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm.

Adults $12 , kiddos $8. Well worth it. As a parent i even had a blast, also theres a secrete playground on the lower lvl out back.
There is parking lot there. (I'm not sure if there is a few or what it might be, as I didn't drive. My hotel was within walking distance.) There is also public on street parking.
Main library parking garage. There are a few spots behind the children's museum as well.
It is $9 for children, $10 for adults. You have to have children with you to enter as an adult. Or call ahead for a tour.

As far as i seen there were none, you would have to bring your own. Theu do have elevators for upper and lower floors. Anytime but if you can get one its worth it. One of the best measums we have taken 2 autistic children to. Theu just absolutely had a blast.
They have a play area (grocery cart, kitchen etc) and water play (little boats) for smaller children
My ten-year-old girl loves it
You can purchase a membership that is a really good price, I think 100$. It's a really good price if you plan on going multiple times a year, you just walk up get your braclet or stamp and go right in, it's expensive paying each time you go. This place is really worth going multiple times a year, a lot to see and do. Lots of fun for the kids
Call and ask for information maybe.
The closest Starbucks is in Noma square at the Hyatt Regency
