Agency is to offer CEDA services. Very unprofessional. Locked doors on recipents before 11:00a, with appts. Open at 10:00a. Only one clerk servicing people. Just 4 clients waiting to be serve. Note on door stated that the quota for the day had been met. Office closes at 5:00p. ??????

Ms. Jones was very rude and not helpful. She returned my call with an attitude and also said if I don’t get my information in to her asap that she will “kill me”, to her it was a joke but it was not a joke to me. I spoke with Ms. Jones on Monday March 28 and Wednesday March 30, 2022 in which both days her attitude was nasty and unprofessional. I had her on speaker and a friend of mine woke up to see who I was talking to because she was being rude. She then got an attitude because she had been calling me and I didn’t answer to find out she had me confused with another applicant. I’m a very calm person and don’t write reviews, I’ve never been this upset or disrespected ever and Ms. Jones needs better assistance with her Customer Service skills.
