Always friendly and professional. They get you in as fast as they can and it doesn't take a long time. I really appreciate them being as fast and courteous as possible. It was only about 3 nail techs there the other day and it amazed me at how fast I was in and out. I will continue to keep coming to this nail shop. They do good work here. Thanks for my birthday nails! The prices have gone up a bit more than my last visit but that's fine when your work is good. I suggest this nail shop if your in the area.

The manager/owner was absolutely nasty & had no clue. Jessica was awesome she was quick and did a good job. In reference to the nastiness of the owner ( and later on the second female owner who would not give me her name Who did not even hear the conversation that took place.) I simply asked a question about the process because I didn’t know how it worked. I even told Jessica I’m asking because I just don’t know. Lee the manager told me to calm down and She knows what shes doing. I said I am not upset I just asked a question. He said I dont care Leave her alone & let her do her job. He said she knows what she’s doing now calm down ! I cant believe how he talked to me! I will tell everyone I know to not go here. I will never put up with someone talking to me like that because I asked a question. Jessica seemed very afraid she was afraid to even give me his name and the other owners she said she wasn’t allowed to give her name. She said she got confused when I asked the question. All I asked is if I’m getting a complete set of nails and they’re going to soak the acrylic off why do you take the polish off first because I’ve always soaked my hands with the polish on. I never in any way didn’t think that she didn’t know what she was doing I was asking because I didn’t know. Later out of nowhere I was verbally attacked by the other owner who said that I wasn’t nice. she was at the other end of the nail salon and not even privy to the conversation and both owners said it out loud in front of whoever was in the nail place when they were talking nasty to me. I am speechless other than what I said above do not go there they do not deserve our business. There is so much competition and so many nail places why would he even talk to me like that for asking a question. I told him at that point he lost my business and he told me he did not care . Why would anyone that I know ever step foot in their establishment it’s so sad that people are like this today. Their salon called charming nails is anything but charming!!!

I’ll start with the good: Very efficient and quick. Friendly, able to communicate well. No appointment needed. Now for the not so good: It felt more like a mass assembly line, get ‘em in and out as fast as possible. Technician was rough and fast, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. The whole time I worried if the tools they were using were clean because from what I could tell everything on their carts go from one client straight to the next? (God, I hope not). The tables were nasty looking, actually, everything looked like cleanliness was not really a priority for them. The prices are pretty high for being such a get ‘em in get ‘em out atmosphere. Bottom line, Im satisfied with the finished product and I’m glad I was able to get my nails done before work on Monday. But next time I will go somewhere more relaxing. For the money I spent, I want that feeling of being pampered a little bit and not have that fear that I’ll end up with a fungus. Even if I have to pay a little bit more for a much more pleasant experience.

It can be from roughly from 30 to 50 dollars depending on what you get. They have normal acrylics and cool ones like metallic too. It depends on what you get and your price range.
