Repeatedly tried/trying to get someone on the phone. I was on hold for 7 minutes then a spontaneous hang up. Another call for 12 minutes then spontaneous hang up. And on hold again now. I just want to talk to a HUMAN!!

The employees are wonderful! I'm proud to bank with PNC! I dont often need to go into a branch anymore thanks to online banking, but always nice to walk into smiling faces. My only complaint is theres only 2 parking spaces designated for this store and they are up the street next to some paid parking. Makes it a bit inconvenient. But it's on the Reedy River, no way to change this parking situation.

One of the best around. They have always done the right thing. I've had an account for two years now and I'm very happy about how they do things. I wish they had more branches because parking downtown Greenville can be limited at times. However, most transactions can be done through the mobile app or at an ATM.

I visited the branch on South Main St today. I spoke with Rosa and received prompt service. I have been a customer about 2 years. I have never had a problem with my simple interest loan.I received an incredible offer on a credit card 0% interest 18 months and then 13% afterwards. I was approved immediately. I plan on trying them to pay off my debt faster. Give them a try. I did.

A least a $200 balance transfer to a new credit card.There is a minimum balance to avoid fees on a checking account. Not sure about checks or minimum opening.
Monday to Friday, drive just up the street and the lot marked $10 will allow you to park there for free. For atm, you can pull up just in front for long enough to do your transaction.
Absolutely, the entrance is to the right of the teller machine and they will take care of you inside. Call during business hours to set an appointment for best times and park on the side of main
