It opened at 9am and the tellers stood around speaking versus unlocking the doors. In addition, I came to have governed issued papers from VA notarize, which CLEARLY stated more than several notaries were allotted. The teller claimed she couldn’t seal it because she didn’t agree with the format. However, when I went to the neighboring BOA the management notarized the same papers with NO issue. Being the seal states the State and all it required was the seal, signature, and date. What a waste of time. A little feedback is to work on customer service skills being that you all have such poor reviews.

$8 charge to cash one of their checks to non-account holder. I went to BoA about 4 or 5 years ago and cashed a check for more than this with no issue. Clearly just a new policy all the banks have colluded together on to leech off as much cash as possible from the poorest of their customers like the parasites they are.It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected. The branch manager, Thomas, was great! We went in dealing with a fraudulent charge on our debit card from a private business and he was very patient with us in helping call the fraud department. He had a very lighthearted personality and definitely made us feel very confident in resolving our issue!
