Sean and Michael were fantastic. They were so kind and very quick/hard working. We ended up adding an extra hour to our tab because they were so very helpful and save my husband and I a lot of work on our move. I hope to not move again for a very long time but if I do I will definitely be calling Undergrad movers again. Would highly recommend!

I contracted the Student Movers Service to load a truck with all of my packed household goods for an interstate move. I had purchased straps for them to use to secure the items. They used only 1, despite my wife and I voicing concerns about straps not being used. Their reason being that "they had never seen a truck like ours before". They started by packing the back wall with boxes (which is generally correct...) but put the heaviest boxes at the top and did not secure anything; assuring us that everything was "packed tight". They hastily threw in the oddly shaped items at the end, which either damaged other things or got destroyed by the door. When my stuff arrived at out our new house, several items were broken and almost every piece of furniture was scratched. When I contacted them about the damage, it took over a week to get a response from anyone in charge and that was only after I threatened to complain to the BBB and contact a lawyer. I was told that they didn't want to leave me with a bad experience and would look into reimbursing me for losses. I never heard anything back. They never responded to calls, texts, or emails. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB which they never responded to. They seem to be inexperienced and I would recommend avoiding them for anything other than moving into or out of a college dorm. Attached are just a few picture of the damage and examples of poor packing. Edit: In regards to the response, It was about 1 month before my belonging were unloaded and I saw the damage. I called them immediately, but again it took over a week of constant calling to get anyone in charge. Again, I was never offered a dollar amount for the damages, only empty promises. Stay away if you are actually moving a household. They only know how to move college students across town.

We are $35/hr per mover with a 2-hour minimum!
Hey Cole! We are priced at $35/hr per mover for a 2hr minimum. It is hard to give an exact estimate as we charge hourly and you pay at the conclusion of your move with card, cash, or check. Our movers are extremely quick and efficient so I don’t see this taking to long. Most likely 2-3 hours max with 3 movers. Hey Ed! For large item moves such as pianos and gun safes, we require 3 movers and have a 2 hour minimum on any move. You are looking at a minimum $210 and $105/hour ($35/hour per mover) for any time after that. You are charged hourly and will be billed at the conclusion of the move for the time it took from when the movers got to the job site to when they closed up the truck and finished the move.
