Jasmine at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay including a hand written note and small gift when I briefly mentioned a special occasion. Joy at the bar also stayed at open late so a few guests could enjoy a cocktail after the show at the Peace Center. They are the definition of hospitality. Thank you!!

The room is clean and large, but $3 for what equates to a medium black coffee! The coffee pot in the room makes four cups. If you drink coffee like I do, four cups is just the first round. I’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels, this is my first without complimentary coffee.

Parking should be free for hotel guests. There were no firm or semifirm pillows, made for very sore neck each day. Like the convenience to food and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Marriott has a definite monopoly in downtown Greenville.

Nicholas Isola

Reasonably good hotel. Staff was able to accommodate early check in. Room had plenty of space and was mostly clean, but there was some mold in the shower. Good location within walking distance of parks, shopping, and restaurants. Room had no view to speak of. Mobile key was not activated ahead of time. Not sure it's worth the premium staying downtown, especially in winter.
