The facility is clean, with lots of space for kids to enjoy playing. The young adults working were fine and paid attention well enough to what was going on around them. On our last visit there was a group of young teenagers running in and out of the facility using extremely foul language and being rude. None of the staff felt it necessary to address them. It was uncomfortable.

Came on a Friday night for a birthday party with my 3 young children. My kids had a great time and the facilities are fantastic — my reason for only 3 stars is that the place seemed extremely understaffed. I only saw two staff members in the jumping arena, one of which was manning the slide. It just seemed really dangerous to have so many young people (and I do mean, SO MANY… didn’t there used to be a limit within the hour for how many people were allowed in at once?!) jumping basically unsupervised.

Took our oldest and some of his friends for his birthday. We enjoyed the whole experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't a ton of people so it made it easier for our youngest to enjoy his time as well.

It depends if you're applying for employment or if you're just wanting to visit and jump. For employment, you shouldn't need any parental consent at age 17. To visit and jump, their website clearly states you need to either be 18 years old or a parent sign the waiver. The waiver can be signed online and you can visit sans parent(s). I hope this helps.
They should be open as the roads are clear, and hopefully, they would call if they had to cancel :)

I honestly wouldnt be able to answer that, because I dont work there and I wasnt really there when they had it done the other way
We walked around watched our grands as they had a BLAST! Time goes by so fast as you are enjoying watching the children have such a good time.
