Take 5 Oil Change

I took my car up to take 5 and they top off my oil cap and spilt some oil over engine cover. Also they did a air filter check and couldn’t put it on. Over 6 people had to come and figure how to put my air filter back in. So I had to get out the car and basically work on my own car lol. It was my first time there I’ve never had any problems at other oil change shops like this before with my previous car. By far just need better service and people who know what there doing in the shop. Also there was a technician who had attitude cause I had got out of my own car to fix what they did wrong. I’m just saying next time people if ur going to take 5 look over there work bc they don’t know what there doing unless there’s a professional technician. Thank You!

Tyra did a great job. She explained the different oil options to me and replaced my cabin filter and windshield wipers. She was courteous and completed the service quickly. Will definitely be coming back!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STAR I WOULD! They are very disrespectful, we will be getting our lawyers involved! My husband and children almost lost there life due to these people not securing our hood back on properly ! Don’t let these people touch your car, they lied and told us that they were gonna figure out how to fix the situation. Never called us back and been avoiding us. AGAIN DON’T GO TO THIS COMPANY ‼️
