I really do wish I could say something positive because I love Firehouse Subs, I guess I can the subs were great as always. But when I walked in one person was sitting in the floor behind the counter. One person leaned up against the counter on her phone would not even look up at me. One guy just stood there and finally came to the counter and took my order. Then they all just looked at each other like who is going to be bothered by making my sandwiches. No one act like they even wanted to be there and that I was interrupting them by even being there or ordering something. Very sad very very sad. I probably will not be back. That way you're free to be on your phone and sat on the floor behind the counter. And you don't have to worry about me interrupting your time at work anymore.

Nice, simple sandwich place with excellent courteous staff. Typical menu with lots of choices. Everything is made on the spot from fresh ingredients. Definitely would use them again.

I purchased 2 footlong hook and ladder sandwiches today for myself and one for my grandson. I was really disappointed again after spending $22.88. This location seem to have been struggling with consistency for several months of making good sandwiches, it's really been a hit and miss experience for me. For that much money, i want to be able to enjoy the food. I want fresh lettuce on my sandwich and i want fresh bread. The whole wheat bread was horrible, definitely not fresh.

Omg!!! A Great Experience. The restaurant was clean, employees were well kept. I love Firehouse Subs. I've worked for the company when I was younger. I have been to all of them in the area except for the one on Haywood. I told my sister, let's try this one on Haywood. The Sub was Amazing. Neat, Fresh, they actually took pride in what they were doing. The other locations always get my toppings wrong or no Greeting. Less meat than normal. But the one on Haywood Road was Awesome. Thank you so much!! Going forward you guys will get my business. I will never eat at the Wade Hampton/Walmart location. Again thank you for a Great Experience. I use to always wish customers would tell me how I was doing when I worked for you guys. Thought I would let you guys know.
