Melvin, the stores assistant manager was a godsend for me. I was traveling from Kimball, TN to Florida and was dealing with a nonfunctioning airconditioner in the hot July TN. I was fairly confident that I needed to replace the fluid due to a longstanding small leak. He went above and beyond to help me while also being very professional in explaining that he couldn't promise to resolve my issue, he was more than willing to try. The location is very easy to get to and easy to find. Finding stores that have such great customer service are gems. I highly recommend checking them out!

I CANNOT say a enough wonderful things about my experience at the AutoZone located in Rossville! I have had two recent experiences with car trouble (bad battery & a bad part)--the folks at AutoZone not only diagnosed but they resolved the issues. I want to give a special shout out to Melvin, his customer service is above and beyond! Thank you, truly a life saver!!!

This store does not rent tools and may have different rules that don't typically apply to what we are used to with Auto Zones. But they were polite about it. The manager that runs that store has his stuff together and has his work cut out for him.
