They literally never answer the phone. I think they silence the phones and ignore people trying to call. I've been trying to donate now for a couple months and they keep giving me the run-around on my sample results. Also during 1 sample the lady messed both of my arms up. I'm about to just give up on this place

This is my first time at this particular location and as soon as I walked in I could feel the good energy. Immediately, the front reception techs were super friendly and super helpful. Rachel S. was very professional and efficient at her job and very positive!!!! All the staff was welcoming, bathrooms clean. A great experience!
