Great place for family and friends to get together on a sunny day. Beautiful view of the lagoon. There have been many jellyfishes in the water recently, which are great for kids to watch. From running to lazy walks, from attending live concerts to weddings, this place can be used for so many things. Love it.

There are so many activities to do at this park. It is filled with a beautiful scenery just across the many modern houses and buildings. A small stage with a floor made out of grass (possibly synthetic) is also located at the park! It's very calm and clean which include the bathroom facilities and walking areas. There are statues and shapes where you could take pictures of. If you want to get a little closer to the water, you can enter the "tent" located a bit in front of water. But remember; it is reserved in the morning and early afternoon hours! After that anyone should be able to go in without any inconveniences. 😊❣🌱

Love the park specially under the California’s colorful sky as presented in the pics. It’s surrounded by a lake with gorgeous sunsets looking upon the city. It’s has a beautiful waking path around the lake, benches to sit, grasslands to lie down on a perfect sunny day and many more. I used to visit this park everyday when I lived in Foster City. Beautiful park in a wonderful city. 🙂

a fun way to spend a day with the family, with a beautiful view of the central lake, where you can also enjoy practicing some water sports, the park has a picnic area, with trees that give a beautiful shade, it also has a small train that runs through part of the park, ideal for the little ones.

It's not recommended or permitted - they are wild creatures, not domesticated.
Not seen them on grass but people were walking them along
Yes
Non-commercial fishing is allowed in Foster City, and a state fishing license is required. The Foster City Lagoon contains Halibut and a large population of bait-fish. lmao idk why ppl keep saying no but it already said on it's own foster city website that it's allowed lmao.
