My boyfriend came here as a kid ever summer and I can see why! Nice peaceful quiet area with cute units each decorated with their own unique art pieces. The resort is placed between nice mansion type houses on a private beach with friendly neighbors. Staff is friendly and still remember my boyfriend and his family, great people who own and care for this place. We can't wait to go back!

The location is great. The upkeep and cleanliness is not. Bring your own towels and cleaning items. Ceiling tiles are old and stained. Bathroom tiles are cracked and molding. The wall near ac vent fell off. The owners were out of town I understand but this treasure has been ignored. You are correct my nephew stayed at gulf surf and it seemed very 👌 nice

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! This place was like a home away from home! Best place to come stay if you have a dog! Everyone was so friendly, laundry was easy to do and overall this was a very relaxing getaway for us. We already booked another room for another visit. That's how much we loved it here.

My husband and I stayed in the studio for a quick little get away and it was perfect!! Annette was so nice to let us book a room just hours before arriving. Our room was just steps from the beach. Also, our room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. This place really is a gem with private beaches, laid back atmosphere and friendly guests. I will definitely be returning.
