What a wonderful experience! My wife and I went into RV World Nokomis to check out a used teardrop camper. It was the smallest and cheapest thing they had on the lot, but it was exactly what we've been looking for. I went in thinking maybe we wouldn't be taken serious since we were a younger couple looking at their cheapest thing on the lot, but in reality they were nothing but professional through and through. Patrick helped us through the entire process and we are so very grateful he did. Not only was he incredibly professional, but just down to earth and incredibly kind, so easy to chat and talk with. There was no intimidation or nervous feelings through the purchase process and he genuinely made it easy for us so we could just be excited. This is just the beginning of our adventures and I thank Patrick and everyone else at RV World Nokomis for helping us make this dream come true!

Due to certain circumstances we were in the market for a travel trailer camper. We needed something big enough for us and 3 dogs and something I could haul with a Chevy Colorado Z71 4x4 we started the adventure with Nick Gerzeny. We stated our shopping in October of 2021. Nick showed us some amazing models that would work for us and for my truck. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the financing but Nick never gave up on us! He went above and beyond he called every week with a list of models that might work for our credit and comfortable for what we were looking for. Unfortunately we were still unable to get approval for models. So I told Nick I was getting discouraged and how I would have to face the fact that having a camper maybe wasn’t meant for us. Nick in a very sympathetic tone said to me “listen I’m not giving up and I’m determined to find the one that will work for us” so weeks had passed and surprisingly my phone rand and it was Nick! He found one that would work it was used but it was in great condition. He sent me photos and a floor plan. With the help of my step father and we finally after now it was months that had passed and Nick never gave up. It wasn’t the sale he was worried about it was us he was concerned about! And to me that meant more than anything because he got personally involved he would call and text saying hey still working on things still searching for something that will work. Most sales people would have given up because of credit being bad but Nick never gave up! That means more to me as a customer than anything! So now because of Nick never giving up and getting numbers to work and his sales manager working hard for us they will forever have us as customers for life. Upon the day of picking up the camper the service adviser Debbie and the head tech Dave went over everything with us of how the trailer works the fuse box right down to how to properly operate the dump sewerage the gray water black water to potable water and the propane. We departed the dealership in Nokomis Florida happy and the registration was so simple. Upon our first night we parked and set up and we went into the camper to set up and found water everywhere at this time it was around 930pm I took a picture and sent it to Nick. I honestly did not expect him to respond and from 930pm till 1230am we went step by step to find the leak being 1230 in the morning and Nick taking the time to help over the phone was beyond what I was expecting we were never able to fix it that evening but he texted the service writer and the head tech and the next morning they called right away and we went more in depth of the issue of water leaking. They talked me threw how to fix it over the phone and we did it! We fixed it! Never in my entire life have I come across a salesman or service department that had ever gone so far and beyond to help us so much! The only other dealership I’ve had this experience with was Arcadia Chevrolet. For those of you who believe that sales and service departments are all about just making money I’m letting you know there are a few select dealerships and service departments that care more about caring for customers and going above and beyond even after the sale is complete! Gerzenys will forever have a customer! And the only one I will deal with is Nick. He cared more about helping than he cared about the sale. In closing I will recommend Gerzenys and Nick no matter where I am! For the care and concern for us there’s nothing like it. Thank you Nick, Debbie, Dave, and Kip!
