Try being seen by a doctor but was told I needed to have a negative Covid test before the doctor would even see me. They also asked if I have had a test within the last 3 days( no why would I if I haven’t been sick, people just don’t take them just to take them.) I could either go get one from a state program for free or pay them $75 for one. So if I pay them I could be seen to have the test done. If negative then they would finish seeing me. I wonder if this is why nobody is there being seen and no one is giving them business. Parking lot is empty and they is no customers, everywhere else is packed with a 2 hour wait, let that sink in.

I unfortunately have been to ER Fruitville 2 times. 1st time went to the ER Fruitville on Easter Sunday April 17, 2022 for severe sciatic pain on left side. Staff met me at the door and set me up in an examination room. The staff of 2 nurses and Doctor were so kind, empathetic and efficient. Received 2 injections that RN Karen administered totally "without" any pain. 2nd visit was Saturday night April 17 2022. Staff of Dr. Howren, Nurses Rick, Helen and x-ray tech Kyle. I was there for severe headache. RN Rick was efficient and detailed in asking about my pain and all my symptoms.Dr Howren ordered IV, CT scan of Head and Neck to rule out anything more serious. Kyle Tech did CT scan and was very empathetic. RN Helen discussed stress and relaxing techniques to help me. Had extreme high blood pressure that all staff and Dr. Howren was so concerned with, IV with meds for headache and blood pressure administered. Came into ER at 10:45pm released around 2:00am. Felt much better when I left. I'm feeling better and on the mend. THANKS to all the staffing at the ER Fruitville 👍

I went last Friday,4/15/22 with symptoms of: eye swelling, sore throat, ear ache, headache, congestion and fatigue. I was asked if I had a fever, I said I didn’t think so. My temperature was not taken. I saw a PA, I repeated my symptoms. She did not look in my ears, throat or nose. She had me take my mask down. She diagnosed me with cellulitis and a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. I took a COVID home test - I have COVID. I would NEVER go back there

I am the mother of six boys under 10, and I know an efficient, well managed walk in care! Dr Choy and his staff are the “go to” for my family’s medical needs. We are always treated with care and respect. I really appreciate the service we receive each time we visit!
