AWESOME SERVICE!!! I accidentally ordered a delayed pickup and they fired it super ASAP when I showed up an hour early. Pizzas are always great at this location.

I paid extra for the size upsell but when i picked it up it was noticably smaller. When I questioned the clerk he said it was the 16". When i got home it measured 14". I wish he had been honest and just given my money back for the larger size. I would have been fine with the mistake.

OK let me start by saying we ordered pizza the other night went great got in 20 minutes. Tonight whole a different story! Of course call the call center deal with that circus for 15 min get hung up on, finally get through to the store and go through the whole deal again. Driver called had to give him directions- thats fine. Get out pizza and its not correct, way over charged and didn't even get our compete order. Driver said call Emilio he will make it right ! Ok fine and hour waiting for pizza whatever , so best part call no answer on hold , called from my other phone no answer on hold , called and was placed on hold with 5 phones! Had the entire family call and and stay on hold. Best part is all of our #s have same area code , hmmm. You ask why didn't we drive up there , well 2 things we ordered delivery, and 2 we don't have a vehicle we are on vacation and we use Uber! No happy ! Not that this review means anything but terrible customer service !

Worst experience ever!! Placed my order online, paid $56.00. Estimated time 30 minutes. A whole hour goes past and the tracker hasn’t moved. I call the store, the “Manager “ immediately says my order hasn’t even been started. Then she says it will be a 2 hour wait! She claims the provided timeframe is corporate. Funny how it has always worked for my prior orders. Then I was informed I can’t come pick it up because she can’t move my order up. Keep in mind it has already been a hour! I requested my money back and she says it can take 2 days to refund. I ask for her name, she says she doesn’t feel comfortable giving me that information. Ok, I ask for her manager’s name. She says I can call back on Friday. Today is TUESDAY . She still would not give me her Managers name. Finally, she gives me a name (not even sure if it is legit at this point). Then she offers me a store credit to call back and order another time. After the horrible customer service she provided why would I want to subject myself for a repeat. If Domino’s is trying to improve their image, the store at 7610 Lockwood Rd in Sarasota needs some corporate retraining.
