They didn't know what they were doing and there was only 2 men working. They had to keep checking with each other to make sure they were doing the right thing and kept consulting one another .it was really annoying. But I'd go back for sure

THE MECHANIC BROKE THE SWITCH ON OUR HEADLIGHTS AND JIFFY LUBE WON'T FIX IT AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD. My husband and I have been customers of Jiffy Lube for years and always had pleasant experiences so I hate that I have to write this review now but we have been treated completely unfairly. My husband took his car in for a simple oil change, and the mechanic turned on his headlights and the switch broke. We never had any issues with the headlights before, and nothing was broken prior to our visit. The mechanic apologized and was very nice about it. He informed us that his supervisor, the area manager, would be in touch with us to get the car into a shop and have the lights/switch repaired. After a few days, the area manager came and took photos of the car and said he would let us know what insurance said. We didn't hear from anyone for A MONTH until I reached out to Jiffy Lube corporate. Now our claim is being called a "pre-existing" issue and they have denied our claim. My husband is a realtor and often works evenings and STILL CANNOT DRIVE HIS CAR AT NIGHT because JIFFY LUBE BROKE THE HEADLIGHTS and now won't pay to have them repaired for us. Accidents happen and we were patient and understanding of that. I cannot believe they are now blowing us off when it would probably cost them almost nothing to help us and keep lifetime customers. We will be complaining to the BBB and won't be visiting Jiffy Lube again.

I got an oil change here back in April with great service. I pulled back in this morning expecting an oil change. My car was making a lot of noise and didn’t “feel” right. Mike and another employee whose name I didn’t catch met me at my car. Since I am not due for an oil change yet, he had me simply pop my hood and he checked it out. They gave me a free oil top off and asked me to check back in next week. They could have charged me lots of money and told me I needed all sorts of services. I could tell that they generally cared. And my engine doesn’t rattle anymore! See you next week!!
