Just moved to Sarasota and was looking for a car wash that does both interior and exterior. I was very happy to find Johnny’s since there are hardly any car wash places that also do the interior. They were very thorough and exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be using them again!

Mary Anne, the manager, has no customer service skills, is rude, and does not care about making the customers happy. I have been coming to Johnny's for a little while now. My experience has been good. This past time, however, one of the workers has accidentally vacuumed one of my small cable adapters that i use to hook up my phone to my stereo to listen to music. A small, $5 part, it's nothing major. I called and spoke with Mary Anne about the issue and she immediately jumped at the conclusion that this was somehow my fault and the worker did not do this with intent, and that I should have secured my belongings. Why on Earth would I think the person would do this intentionally, and why would you assume I had not secured my things in my car? It is not my first rodeo in getting my car washed and vacuumed. I was just asking for a small compensation or a discount next time I come back to get a car wash as i was now missing something that was previously in my car. She told me she would call me back once they rummage through the vacuum to see if they can find my adapter. Never saw a point in doing that, I feel like it's easier to just offer a small discount on my next return, like $5 coupon off my next car wash, to keep me coming back, but no. Instead she decided to die on the hill of "should have secured your belongings" and "we didn't do it on purpose". Congratulations. To no surprise she never called back even after I called her 2 business days later to try and speak with her. Needless to say I will not be returning. They don't value their customers. Hope this review was worth a loyal customer and the $5.

Very impressed, roughly $15 I had my full size truck washed vacuumed Windows done very quickly a little wait time. And then had dried. No water spots looks great definitely better than going to a manual car wash to me it was more affordable and again no water spots. Highly recommended

We stopped by here after Hurricane Elsa coated our car with sea spray. Although we only purchased the basic wash, we were very pleased with the results. The team seemed to take care to vacuum the interior well, and to dry every inch of the exterior. The microfiber cleaned up the inside of the windows. We ended up leaving in a car that looked as though it had just come off the showroom floor. I highly recommend them.
